We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The customer provides proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Refunds are not available for:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Used, washed, or altered products.
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery.
  • Change of mind returns.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details and attach photos of the defective/damaged item.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will initiate the refund process.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer/e-wallet (if applicable).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost returns.
  • The return address will be provided upon refund approval.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement.
