We currently ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time may vary during peak sales seasons or promotions.

3. Shipping Time & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • A confirmation call/message may be required before dispatch.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at umgiftcollection@gmail.com or +923090804400.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier service and provide a resolution.

7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide a correct and complete address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
  • If a customer is unavailable to receive the package, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours.
  • For missing items, contact us immediately, and we will investigate the issue.
